Love Master Jamie Mastin will be blending Cocoamole with Oscar Love ale in a firkin at La Trappe for the evening.
We will be tapping some old favorites and some rare brews such as
La Folie - Wood-Aged Biere, the original wood-conditioned beer offered by New Belgium, resting in French Oak barrels between one and three years before being bottled.
Tart Lychee - The combination of our barrel-aged sour beer, Lychee Fruit puree, and cinnamon sticks.Biere de Peche
Biere de Mars 2011 aged in Leopold’s Peach Whiskey Barrels for six months then livened up with wild yeast in the final fermentation.
Trip XV - Double style ale with dandelion and Orval yeast. Collaboration with Elysian Brewery in Washington State. It will be the first time in San Francisco.
