The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), San Francisco District Office, and AARP-California, have entered into a collaborative partnership to co-market a series of free classes targeting Encore Entrepreneurs during the month of April.
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Unlike large corporations, small business owners can’t afford to hire the wrong employee or employees. Cost of hiring and training someone who stays with you for just a few months can be enormous. Using just a few simple “scientifically-proven” steps, small business owners can dramatically improve the chances of identifying that “soul-mate employee.” Learn the costs of hiring the wrong employee; Five reasons why companies hire the wrong employee; Five steps to never hire another bad employee!! This class is being taught by a volunteer instructor and the marketing is made possible by a collaborative partnership between the SBA-SFDO and AARP-California, who are co-marketing a series of free classes targeting Encore Entrepreneurs during the month of April.
