How do tax considerations affect divorce?  Who should get the children exemptions and credits?  Is allocated alimony beneficial?  Who should get the deduction for mortgage interest and real estate taxes?  How should parties deal with the health insurance tax?  These topics and others will be addressed by a financial professional who deals with these and other tax issues when advising clients in divorce matters.
