Ryan Richard, McGuire Real Estate

A third-generation real estate professional, Ryan began his career journey early on when he started drawing floor plans during 2nd-grade art class. Ryan later received his bachelors' degree in architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and graduate degrees in architecture and urban planning from top-ranked programs at MIT. He has designed, constructed, and marketed residential and commercial spaces in North America, Europe, and Asia, working with renowned architecture and real-estate companies including Rem Koolhaas's OMA and CookFox Architects.

Ryan’s number one priority is to deeply understand his clients' personal and financial objectives and find creative and effective ways to achieve them. Working with McGuire’s data mining and analytics team, he analyzes sale history, comparative benchmarks, and market trends to develop deep quantitative insights for every potential transaction. Combined with the lens of his design expertise, Ryan brings a unique and powerful perspective on how to identify and unlock underlying value and future potential of any building for its San Francisco owners.

Roberto Rivera, First Republic Bank


As a Relationship Manager at First Republic Bank, Roberto focuses on real estate secured lending and private banking for individuals and businesses. Throughout his banking career Roberto has worked on financing and banking for real estate buyers ranging from first time home buyers to experienced real estate investors. A life-long bay area resident, Roberto grew up in Petaluma, CA and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley.
