Our first neighborhood run will be through the streets of Lakeshore East and the New Eastside. We will begin and end our run at the ROM Caffe and enjoy coffee after at ROM. Our runs are divided into groups based on fitness level and pace. So if you truck along at a 12 minute mile pace or dash at an 8 minute pace, we have a group for you!. We will begin promptly at 11:30 am with a 5 minute warm-up, followed by a run and stretch. The runs are generally 30-45 minutes.
Each participant is responsible for purchasing his or her own beverage after this event.
