About Professor Holly Schroth

 

Holly Schroth has been a member of the faculty of the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley since 1992.  She teaches courses in Negotiations and Conflict Resolution and Organizational Behavior to undergraduates, MBAs and executives. She has a Ph.D. in social psychology, specializing in social cognition, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

 

She has won several teaching awards including being voted “America’s favorite professor” by a Business Week online poll of undergraduates across the United States. 

 

In addition to teaching, she is a trainer, consultant and key note speaker on negotiation and leadership issues to a variety of organizations in the United States and abroad.  She has published several articles on negotiation and procedural justice and is one of the leading authors of negotiation exercise materials which are used worldwide by educators.
