Event Details

Have you wondered how some people can negotiate a higher salary

(like it's candy)?

How about with interviews? Are you getting call backs?

What about a great idea that can improve your business? How do you communicate this to your team?

Negotiating is definitely in art THAT can be mastered. Since you were little you were negotiating with your mother about going to McDonald’s for lunch, for that doll or toy car that you wanted. Now days, kids are negotiating iPad Minis, Play Stations, trips to Europe, etc. How is this happening? One thing IS not being scared to ask and try.

I definitely understand… Over the years and from getting more NO’s in life then Yes’ (or just remembering the No’s) we are forgetting to even try. This class we’ll definitely teach you several techniques to WIN during your interviews, presentations and opportunities that can come up in your life.

Our Leadership Development classes promises to be very interactive with role playing and group activities.

Tell me, how could you make negotiating work if you don’t have an audience to practice with?

Get ready to practice and to have fun learning!

Who is the instructor?

Audeni Rojas is the Founder of Women-Empowerment.net and is presently a Human Resources/Business Consultant. She has over 16 years of HR Management and Training experience from companies such as Molex Incorporated, McDonald’s, Harrah’s Casino and Hotel, Jays Food, and much more. Negotiating has been a topic that she has coached many business women and men with for years. Learn her system.

Proceeds for this class will go to HEART Chicago (teachhumane.org). A non for profit that teaches Humane Education in Public Schools.
