The New England Silverlight Guild (NESG) is a user group to promote and encourage designers, developers, and innovators of all levels to share, laugh and grow our skill and knowledge around all things Silverlight, Expression Blend and Windows Phone 7. We meet on the 3rd Monday of every month alternating between the Microsoft New England Research and Development (NERD) Center in Cambridge, MA and at the Microsoft Farmington Office in Farmington CT.
This session will introduce the fundamental concepts needed for attendees to start developing their own applications with Silverlight

Justin Kohlhepp is an Application Architect working in the financial services industry in Hartford, CT. He has been involved in software development for over 10 years and has been working with .NET since version 1.0. Justin has spoken at .NET User Groups and Code Camps on a variety of subjects. Lately he has been spending time diving into Silverlight, WCF RIA Services, and Entity Framework.
