On Friday, January 31, 2014, National Children’s Center will host its Annual Chinese New Year celebration in recognition of over 50 years of service. The event will be from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm, and will take place at Ping Pong Dim Sum – Chinatown, located at 900 Seventh Street, NW, Washington, DC. The evening will include themed hors d’oeuvres, beverages, live entertainment, and much more.
This year, we have an amazing evening planned. The honorees for the evening include Deputy Mayor Beatriz Otero, DC Department of Health and Human Services, Mary Sesso, active volunteer member of NCC’s Human Rights Committee, and Chef Furard Tate, owner of Inspire BBQ and guest teacher at NCC Schools.
