Natural Wine: A Salon
Please join us for an evening of smart talk about fine wine.
Our first “salon” focuses on Natural Wine, a topic that is both incredibly hot and invariably misunderstood. Organic... sustainably farmed... biodynamic... what makes wine “green,” and how should it taste?
Join us for a tasting and panel discussion. On tap: a dozen delicious and worthy-of-the-“natural”-tag wines from around the planet, served tableside along with platters of artisan cheeses, charcuterie and bread.
Sip, nibble, discuss, repeat.
