Our friends at Newton Running join us for an evening of form and fun! They will be teaching their philosophy of Natural running - running in a way that utilizes your natural biomechanics and keeps your body and mind engaged. The idea with this is to run more effeciently by focusing on footstrike, posture, and cadence, and to reduce injury and impact on the body.
