This interactive three-hour session will provide students with a comprehensive overview of the challenges and products recommended for harsh environment networks. Our expert instructors will focus on the importance of design taking into consideration the environment when selecting cable, hardware and connectors.
This fiber optics course will begin by providing students with a comprehensive background on harsh environments and the need for fiber infrastructure in those spaces. The remainder of the session will be devoted to hands-on training for students allowing them to explore the recommended products that should be used in harsh environments. BICSI (CEC) credits apply.
Target Audience: Contractors, integrators, consultants and end users seeking a broad understanding of the challenges and recommendations for deploying networks in harsh environments.
