Please join the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America, Inc. (SCDAA) as we advocate for those affected by Sickle Cell Disease. This year's SCDAA advocacy campaign will continue to strongly focus on the Re-authorization of the Sickle Cell Treatment Act! It will also include promoting stable funding, better healthcare access, expanded programs, and increased education and awareness for Sickle Cell Disease consumers, families and programs throughout our nation. We are looking forward to an exciting event that will feature:

• Welcome Reception
• Advocacy Training
• Legislative Champion Meetings
• Congressional Luncheon (by invitation only)
• Collaboration with Federal Partners

Our 2015 Advocacy Day events will take place on April 15th thru April 16th. The host hotel for the event is the Sheraton Silver Spring Hotel, 8777 Georgia Ave. Silver Spring, MD 20910.
