After twenty plus years teaching elementary aged children, Kay Renshaw decided it was time to turn away from teaching the 3 R’s: Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic to educating individuals how to be proactive with their health rather than reactive through holistic nutrition, fitness, and modifying behavior. She has been health coaching clients since 2011. Her burning desire is to be a lifelong learner by never becoming content with what she already knows. Kay’s key to success is to remember that it is never too late or too early. Right now is a good time. Life is now.
