Join us for the first ever National Kids Yoga Conference, Saturday, September 27, in Washington, DC. This groundbreaking conference will be a unique opportunity for the kids yoga community—yoga teachers, educators, researchers, therapists, and parents—to come together for the first time. We will learn, collaborate, and support each other in the important work of bringing yoga and mindfulness to kids all across the country!
The inaugural Kid’s Yoga Conference is hosted by YoKid and lil omm, in partnership the George Washington University School of Public Health. The Conference will feature more than 40 presenters from organizations and institutions that have been at the forefront of kids yoga. Learn about innovative approaches to yoga and mindfulness in schools and pioneering research on kids yoga. Plus explore a wealth of new tools to fuel your own teaching and business, and network with other professionals in the field.

Who Should Attend?
The National Kids Yoga Conference is a groundbreaking gathering for yoga teachers, educators and school administrators, studio owners, mental health professionals, parents, and anyone interested in bringing yoga to our next generation.
We will also have a special Teen Conference day full of activities planned for teenagers ages 13-18.
What Can You Expect?
The National Kids Yoga Conference will feature a balanced day of keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, networking, and yoga practice. The breakout sessions will follow four different tracks focused on different aspects of kids yoga:
- Business of Yoga
- School Yoga
- Yoga Tools
- Yoga Research
You have the freedom to cross tracks and select the breakout sessions that interest to you.

We will have a number of sponsors, exhibitors and authors for you to meet and connect with. Be sure to allow time for exploring their products, books, and ideas, as well as networking with conference presenters and attendees.

Step #2 On the conference page or this Eventbrite page, select the type and number of tickets you would like to purchase.
Step #3 Complete the registration page and be sure to include your workshop choice for each breakout session. Done! You will receive an email confirmation. Save paper and the hassle of printing a ticket and download the Eventbrite app to your smartphone. Your ticket will be with you at all times (so long as you have your phone!)
Is My Ticket Refundable?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason after .
Additionally, each breakout session is dependent on attendee registration and we will adjust sessions as needed based on attendance.
