The Veterans Venture Forum will be held on October 29, 2013 at the national Defense University at Fort McNair in Washington, DC. Veteran Entrepreneurs selected for the Forum will be given an opportuni-ty to make their pitch to a large group of angel investors. Each candidate will have 5 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes of questions from Investors. The ultimate goal for each participant is to spur interest from potential in-vestors to provide funding to assist the veteran entrepreneur in the launch of a new successful enterprise.
To help you prepare for the VVF you may also attend NDUF's veteran "bootcamp" sessions every two weeks from August 8 to October 24, 2013 from 5- 7 pm. at the national Defense University at Fort McNair in Washington, DC.
In these six (6) straight up, practical, detailed and instructional sessions, entreprenuers will learn EXACTLY what investors want, how they want it and what matters to them most when they perform their due diligence on every new entreprenuer and potential company seeking investment dollars from them.
