Natick SEPAC 2013 Special Needs Resource Fair

SNOW UPDATE- We have been notified by Natick Public Schools that the Natick High School can not be re-opened in time for our fair on Sunday. We currently do not have a second date scheduled, as soon as we do we will update this site, email everyone on our list, and hope everyone can make it. This is one of those times mother nature likes to remind us who is in charge, and we thank you for your understanding.
The Natick SEPAC is excited to be hosting our 2nd annual Vendor Resource Fair! It will be located in our brand new Natick High School Cafeteria, open FREE to the public, with a $5 optional donation to help support events for our organization.
Doors will open to the public on February 10, 2013 from 1-3.
Children are welcome. We will have an arts and crafts area staffed with volunteers so parents and caretakers can take in the fair.
Doors will open for vendor set up at 12 NOON! New this year- All vendors will receive their own tables in one large room! Please make sure you specify in your email communication/registration if an electrical outlet is requested at your table. We will do our best to accommodate any requests. Please bring your own tablecloth and supplies. Table giveaways are welcome...please be sensitive to dietary restrictions of children who may attend the fair. Giveaway ideas include - a raffle of services, water bottles, bubbles, etc. Please limit candy and try to offer healthy snacks or non food items. Any displays should be free standing, wall space for hanging items will not be available.
Early Bird Registration...just $25! Early bird registration closes December 31, 2012. Registration January 1, 2013 - Feruary 1, 2013 - $40.
Also, we have a materials only table, for $25. Space will be limited, see registration information for drop off or mailing information.
