Cancellations/Refunds - Cancellations and requests for refunds for convention registration fees must be received by email prior to September 30, 2014 and will be subject to a $75.00 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days following the Convention. No refunds will be granted after September 30, 2014. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. No refunds will be granted for prepaid events. Substitutions may be allowed if a request and registration form for the substitute is received prior to September 30, 2014.
