NAAAP Hawaii and HPU Joint Event - Leadership Perceptions: Myth versus Reality
Join Dr. Deborah Crown, Dean of Hawai‘i Pacific University’s College of Business, and the National Association of Asian American Professionals for an enlightening discussion on the skills needed to be an effective leader. Learn what people think are important attributes for a leader, versus the skills that leaders actually need to be successful. Finally, find out ways to improve your own leadership skills.

Previously, Dr. Crown was the Lucas Endowed Professor of Strategic Leadership and Associate Dean of the Lucas Graduate School of Business at San Jose State University.
