Employment and labor law affects business of all sizes. The most common employment and labor problems facing business today will be discussed at the NAAAHR-LA January 15, 2013 kick-off meeting in addition to what HR Practitioners can do to avoid employee problems, legal liabilities and lawsuits.
This year’s legal update will highlight topics ranging from wage and hour to new NLRB regulations. Our panel discussion will be lead by some of LA’s top legal professionals to discussing:
