Tom has many years of experience in print, broadcast, and photojournalism, including many years with NBC News. His assignments have included wars, conflicts, and turmoil on every continent but Australia and Antarctica. Tom is currently a contract photographer for the UNDP, and he has made eight trips to Myanmar since 2006. Tom will explore the changes in Myanmar, life in the countryside, and what non-governmental organizations like the UNDP are doing to improve people's lives.
