Event Details

Rarely performed gems of the British-Italian chamber music repertoire fill this intimate program. The concert title is drawn from the World Premiere piece for String Quartet by CMF 2013 Composer-in-Residence Eric Nathan. Other highlights include works by Britten, Puccini, Berio, Sollima and John Ireland. Reception to follow.

Festival Talks precedes this concert with a panel including 2013 Composers-in-Residence Edmund Finnis and Eric Nathan, Visual artist Maurizio Galimberti, and Valerie Dillon of Dillon Gallery.  Hosted by CMF Artistic Director Ken-David Masur. Festival Talks @ 5pm; admission free.
