With spicy apple strawberry salsa, cilantro mint chutney and braised bok choy
Salad with marinated kale, chard, fennel and radish from Muir Ranch
With white balsamic and radish flower garnish
"SOS": braised white beans, Muir Ranch leeks and sage
On buttered brioche with garlic confit, lemony collards, and olive-oil-braised artichokes

Muir Ranch is a teen jobs program that looks like a school farm, CSA and culinary education program. We are on the campus of John Muir High School in NW Pasadena and we grow the very best basil, chard and of course, healthy kids!
