Mike and Cece will demystify the process of cooking and baking with tofu. What texture of tofu works best for different dishes. How to change the texture of tofu. How to best bread, cook and bake tofu. How to use tofu in desserts. The tofu options are limitless.
Recipes for this class are still being decided, and updated on the Eventbrite page.
All dishes prepared will be vegan. All recipes used can be prepared vegetarian or vegan.
During the class you'll receive a four course meal, drink and recipes.
