LEARN TO DESIGN YOUR WEBSITE

This workshop is essential learning for anyone thinking about redesigning an existing website or building a new one. We’ll show you our process for starting a build and how we figure out what goes where and why.

In this workshop, online communication experts at LimeRed studio will introduce you to tried and true methods for making strategic, informed decisions about what belongs where on your website. Hint: it starts with getting to know your users.

We'll answer questions like:

  • How much navigation should your site have?
  • What goes where on the homepage?
  • What should things be named?
  • Do I need to think about mobile devices? Where should I start?

In this session you will learn about:

  • Researching, defining, and mapping website users
  • Mapping out your website's content
  • Understanding information hierarchy and user flows in web design
