Move MN Transportation Stakeholder Meeting in Moorhead
Wednesday, December 18, 2013 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM (CST)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Minnesota's transportation system needs immediate attention to improve our congested and aging roads, replace deficient bridges, expand our transit options, and better connect Minnesotans by bicycling and walking.
The Move MN campaign is committed to addressing Minnesota’s urgent transportation needs. As advocates for better, reliable transportation, we believe the 2014 legislative session provides the best opportunity to develop and pass a comprehensive transportation package.
In December, we're bringing the conversation to you.
We invite you to attend a regional convening in Moorhead on Wednesday, Dec.18 to discuss a bold vision and pathway to move forward.
Registration starts at 8:30 a.m., with the conversation beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Whether you have supported previous efforts to improve Minnesota’s transportation systems or have recently become concerned about the state’s infrastructure and its impact on the state’s economy and vitality, we hope you will join us in a conversation on Minnesota’s future.
We believe you are a valuable asset to this conversation and hopefully to the Move MN campaign.
During the conversation, the Move MN campaign will share a little about the campaign and the urgent need for additional transportation funding. You will also hear from local organizations and public officials about the importance of transportation to your region, and will have the opportunity to ask questions and join the discussion.
We hope that you will come and participate. Your voice makes us stronger, and together we can Move Minnesota forward.

Move MN is a growing and diverse coalition dedicated to starting to erase Minnesota’s transportation deficit by securing a comprehensive transportation funding package during the 2014 legislative session. New funding will enable the state to properly maintain and improve transportation assets that expand access and opportunity for all and create living wage jobs.
