When tension in the workplace is dealt with effectively, it can be a positive and motivating force. However tension, like fire, can quickly get out of control if not properly contained or responded to appropriately. As such, conflict management skills have become imperative in today’s business environment. In this interactive workshop, you will learn the sources of tension and the fall back behaviors we revert to when stress becomes too great. You will gain insight on how to effectively approach various conflict situations, as well as how to restore and strengthen relationships. You may know the basic sources of conflict within your organization - now gain the skills to solve issues and move forward through conflict in a productive manner.
The presenter for this workshop is Ed Hendricks. He has over 20 years' experience in leadership and performance management, presentation skills, and sales training. He has received national recognition as a subject matter expert and leader in the training community.
