Event Details

SIDEDOOR Supper Club is an underground dinner club hosted by Vanessa Montes and Chef Jorge Montes from Roho Kitchen.


During this exclusive closed-door event, guests partake in a combination of an intimate sit-down dinner party and interactive chef table experience. Our themed menus encourage your palate to explore and tour around the globe.


In honor of Mother's Day weekend, we decided to host a special edition of SIDEDOOR. Rather than our usual "Cook with mom class", Chef Jorge will cater an 8-Course dinner for that extra pampering our mothers deserve. No cooking duty for mom on this day! This is an incredible gift and edible experience you don't want to miss.

First Course
Crostini with ricotta, piquillo pepper, asparagus and white anchovies

Second Course
Corn chowder with shrimp and saffron

Third Course
Strawberry, arugula, goat-cheese salad, crispy shallots and molasses dressing

Fourth Course
Gorgonzola and bacon beignets with honey-orange glaze

Fifth Course
Roasted tomato with pine nuts, herbs, feta cheese and lump crab salad

Sixth Course
Mushroom and pea risotto with pancetta

Seventh Course
NY Strip roast, lobster cream sauce and yukon gold home fries

Eighth Course
Chocolate souffle with raspberry and creme anglaise

Suggested to Bring:Bottle of wine or spirit of your choice to compliment dinner. Sharing is encouraged. No corkage fees :)

Length of event:Approx. 2.5 hours

Age Requirement: 18 years of age and older (Must be 21 or over to consume alcoholic beverages)

RSVP & Refund Policy:

SIDEDOOR Supper Club events are limited up to 12 attendees. Registration are made on first-come, first-basis. Payment is required upfront to hold a spot. Online payments accepted via PayPal or Credit Card. No checks, no money orders.

ABOUT WAIT-LIST: Once an event has sold out, names will be taken for a "wait-list" in case of cancellation. Waiting list are made on first-come, first-basis.


You have 72 hrs prior to the event date to cancel your RSVP to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if you have passed the 72 hour margin, unless spot is able to be filled from wait-list. Roho Kitchen Gift certificates, unless otherwise specified, may be redeemed at any time toward cooking classes. The value equals the amount paid when purchased and is not redeemable for cash. Our standard class policies mentioned above apply when gift certificates are used as payment for classes. Please be advised that donated classes (for auctions, raffles, charities, etc) expire one year from date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.

Roho Kitchen reserves the right to cancel classes and events not meeting attendee enrollment standards, to change recipes or to substitute instructor and organizers.


Directions: ((Do NOT trust your GPS! Please read directions below))
We are located right off I-595 (South), between Pine Island Rd (Exit 4) and University Dr (Exit 5). Look for "8300 Plaza" along State Road 84. If you are in the Publix or Round-Up Shopping Center, you are lost! Reroute, we are located east from there. Finding it for the first time can be a little tricky. Leave early just incase. If you find yourself in a dessert, don't hesitate to call Vanessa.

Coming from West to East on I-595 , Exit Pine Island but continue on State Rd 84 heading East, pass Pine Island light (pass the 7-11 Store on right) and make second right @ 8300 Plaza (Brownish looking buildings). We are located between FEDUSA and Moda Hair, big parking area in between. Our entrance is on the end side of the building NOT the front. Look for a bright red awning. You can park anywhere there.

Coming from East to West on I-595 , Exit Pine Island and stay on your left lane and make a U-turn like if you are trying to get back on the highway but you are actually getting on State Rd 84 heading East. Make second right @ 8300 Plaza (Brownish looking buildings). We are located between FEDUSA and Moda Hair, big parking area in between. Our entrance is on the end side of the building NOT the front. Look for a bright red awning. You can park anywhere there.

Siblings Jorge and Vanessa Montes, are the owners of Roho Kitchen and founders of Homemade Chefs Cooking Network.

Chef Jorge Montes has been in the food industry for over 12+ years working in various well-known fine dinning restaurants and hotels in South Florida. Vanessa Montes has significant experience in the hospitality and marketing field. Together they share a passion for fine food and wine.
