Heart disease and stroke are major health risks for all people, but African Americans are at particularly high risk. Blacks are twice as likely to have a stroke as whites and the prevalence of high blood pressure in African Americans in the United States is the highest in the world. Join J Moss, Dorinda Clark Cole, Kierra Sheard, and Selected of God as they raise their voices in support of stroke awareness amongst African-Americans. FREE FOR ALL!
