The Mosaic is an urban mix-use development in Midtown Brackenridge within walking distance of The Pearl, the museum reach of the San Antonio Riverwalk, and Brackenridge Park. It is a five-story midrise with 120 apartments on the 3rd – 5th floors offering 7 floor plans and two modern finish packages that are ready for occupancy. Residents enjoy a resort-style amenities deck elevated 20 feet above ground which includes a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and Resident Lounge. Below the amenities deck, is a 3 level parking garage and 12,000 s.f. of commercial space, most of which will be occupied by two urban restaurant/bars opening in Spring & Summer 2014.
