Come enjoy a small group fundraiser for the Mormon Women Project. You will be taught by Tina Peterson, have time to ask questions about what you hear, meet other women passionate about diversity in the gospel, and also enjoy a lovely light summer dessert. Come and bring your friends for a great night out! Suggested donation is $20.00 that can be paid in advance here or at the door.
About Tina Peterson
Tina Peterson graduated from BYU with a degree in Near Eastern Studies with an emphasis on ancient languages and cultures. She has studied at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem where she helped translate the Dead Sea Scrolls. She has also studied the Old and New Testament in their original languages of Hebrew and Greek. And she co-authored the book, “Understanding Isaiah” with Donald W. and Jay A. Parry. Currently she teaches Institute in Bountiful where she resides with her husband and three children.

It gives a voice to those women who have diverse cultural backgrounds, have overcome personal challenges, magnify their roles at home, or who represent the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to the world in their jobs.
