Ever show up for a run and not know where you're going? Ever been to a yoga class that you have to run to? If you've answered yes to either of these then there's a good chance this isn't your first Yoga.Run. event by these two.
More Movement will act as the sequel to The Movement (2013) and will be almost twice the size in all ways. The food, hydration, beats, and location will take your senses by storm. Grab your ticket now (FREE but you must RSVP), your mat, and your shoes, and make your way to Dewey Square for a 5:00 PM run that will lead you and your 499 other friends to a yoga class like nothing you've ever seen before.
Please see the list of 'THINGS TO BRING' and FAQ's so that you're 100% ready to go. Be sure to share this event so that your community can share in this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Versatile clothing to run and do yoga in (please plan to wear clothes that will be appropriate for both activities as time and changing space is limited)

An open mind
Maybe some cash to get home.
Will we run with our mats? No. We will have a large van at Dewey Square for mat transportation.
What if I can't run? You can. If you're injured and you need to ride a bike, you're welcome to follow the very back of the pack of runners but please understand this is a run for all-levels. Really. You can do it. If you do ride, a helmet and lock are required and you'll need to find a place to lock your bike on the street (not inside the yoga space).
Where is the final yoga location? I have friends who want to meet there. Nope. The mystery location will remain just that, a mystery. Run with the group to discover more of this amazing city and where More Movement will be taking place.
Can I participate if I've never done yoga before? Yes. All-levels for the run and all-levels for the yoga. You may want to unroll your mat in the back of the space so that you can follow along with other students.
What if I can't stay the whole time? Can I just come for the run or just the yoga? This is about the full expereince and we're aiming to have the tickets to this event go to those who can attend the entire thing.
