If you are new to the practice of meditation then come for the Meditation for Beginners class at 6:30pm and stay for meditation. You must call ahead if you plan to come at 6:30 otherwise I will be present for the 7pm class and not necessarily earlier. 708-277-4958
All levels are welcome to our circle of mediation. Dress comfortably. We will sit in chairs unless you prefer the floor.
