Keys to a Successful Organization: Efficiency, Management Changes, Holding People Accountable, and Operations

 

Presented by Keith Fenstemacher

The presentation's focus is mainly on Executive Directors and Organizational leaders.  Keith will present ideas ranging from good to great related to the following areas: "Organizational efficiency; Management Changes; Holding People Accountable; and Operations". The presentation will be approximately two hours long with time for Questions and Answers.
 
 
Bio: 

Keith A. Fenstemacher has over 35 years experience in the health care industry having served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Faxton Hospital from 1982 – 1997.  He recently retired as President of Mohawk Valley Network, Inc. an integrated delivery system of over 600 beds and 3,000 employees including Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare acute care hospital, skilled nursing facilities, home health care services, plus laboratory, radiology, and information technology companies.  Previously Mr. Fenstemacher served as Executive Vice President at United Health Services in Binghamton, New York and in that capacity served as the Administrator of a 286 bed facility that was part of a 900 bed multi-hospital system. Mr. Fenstemacher received a Master of Science Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Missouri and a Bachelors Degree in Premedical Sciences from Hartwick College, Oneonta, New York.
