This 4 week session focuses on building yoga fundamentals and includes more challenging pose variations. Props are used to deepen the poses and experience them in new ways. Somatic alignment and movement principles are taught to develop proprioception, release tight muscles and strengthen weak ones. There is continued emphasis on building body and breath awareness, and learning how to relax.
