Event Details

Winter is a great time to hike the beautiful Aliso and Wood Canyon trails. Join Laguna Canyon Foundation volunteer and registered dietician on this moderate paced 4-mile hike (300-ft. elevation gain)on rocky and uneven terrain.   Explore the world of fitness and nutrition. Wear a hat, sunscreen, hiking shoes and please bring water and a snack. Ages 15 and up.  Aliso & Wood Canyons Wilderness Park, Canyon View Staging Area, Gate 7 (from southbound Aliso Creek Rd, turn right on Glenwood [turns into Pacific Park] and right on Canyon Vistas to Canyon View Park).

This 20,000-acre area of includes Laguna Coast and Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Parks, Crystal Cove State Park, and the City of Irvine Open Space Preserve. We work to Keep It Wild!
