Panel Discussion: The Age of Electronic WasteWhat has happened to your old Nintendo Game Boy? What did you do with your last printer? How many old phones do you have sitting in your drawers? You may have heard about electronic waste and most likely in your lifetime you will accrue e-waste when you purchase new electronic gadgets. But, what do we know about the lifecycle of a typical gadget or where they usually end up when we’re all finished with them? Join us for a conversation with Sustainability experts from the technology industry and see how they tackle e-waste now, and their thoughts on the future of e-waste.
Nokia will also be offering a special mobile phone recycling take back, so if you’ve got old phones you don’t want, we’ll gladly help you recycle them in an environmentally sound manner.
