Vice President, Digital Marketing
Tatyana Zlotsky is a strategic marketing leader with experience in driving growth and profitability across Fortune 100 and start-up companies. In her current role as Vice President at American Express, Tatyana leads the site and mobile strategy, user experience, and digital marketing capabilities teams. She couples her marketing expertise with her deep knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver results and drive revenue. Tatyana is an executive Board Member of the Mobile Marketing Association and was awarded the “30 Under 30” award in 2010 by Direct Marketing News. She received her B.A. in Marketing and an M.B.A in Finance and Marketing from Rutgers University.

Avinash (Avi) Reddy Eratapalli is the Vice President of mobile solutions at Citi and is responsible for strategy, concept, development and commercialization of mobile products for transaction services division. He has built his 10-year career primarily around innovation management and he specializes in making the proverbial elephant dance - delivering innovation at a rapid pace in large organizations.
His track record at Citi involves planning & executing the mobile strategy for a $8 BN business unit with operations in over 90+ countries. His team has built the first mobile product for the transaction services division and led the journey to reach the most successful mobile presence among comparable competitor banks. He is currently the product manager for world's best corporate mobile banking platform, which has processed over $ 100 BN in transaction value since launch. In his past roles at Citi, He led the emerging market mobile wallets initiative worldwide for Citi and has also represented his business unit at the digital governance office, a core group of business leaders that lead the capability strategy for Citi in the digital money space.
Prior to Citi, Avi Reddy was a core member of the team driving key consumer electronics innovation programs for Philips. In his role as innovation project manager, he has led the prototyping & productization of innovative technologies into high-end consumer electronics product lines in close collaboration with Philips research. He also played a key role in the development of an alternative operational model for the innovation center and built momentum by proving the business case with minimal friction.
Avi Reddy holds a MBA from Cornell University and a bachelor in electronics & communications engineering degree from National Institute of Technology.

J received his Bachelors in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and began his career at Andersen Consulting. Outside of being a co-organizer for Mobile Monday New York, J also founded the Chicago Mobile Meetup, the largest mobile special interest group in Chicago with over 2,000 members. J was recently inducted into the Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame, Chicago TechWeek 100, was awarded the University of Illinois College of Engineering Young Alumnus of the Year Award and has had recent mobile work inducted into the Computerworld Hall of Fame.
