Mark your calendars because on February 11th, there will be a NYC MIT CleanEnergy Prize Team Building Mixer. Here you will have the opportunity to meet with students from a variety of backgrounds, including engineering, business, and policy, in order to discuss ideas and form teams for this prestigious competition. Winner can get anywhere from $20k to $150k for their start-ups.
The MIT Clean Energy Prize is currently recruiting teams/start-ups from universities across the United States with innovative ideas in one of three categories: energy efficiency, renewable energy and deployment and infrastructure. Winners from each category receive $20k each and go on to compete for the $150k NSTAR Grand Prize and $100k DOE EERE Prize.
