Mission: Restore is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that trains medical professionals abroad in complex reconstructive surgery. Since 1993, Mission: Restore's volunteer surgeons have performed over 1500 reconstructive surgeries in over twenty countries and four continents. In recent years, Mission: Restore has focused on finding the most cost-effective and sustainable methods for addressing the emerging world's healthcare needs. Mission: Restore is currently implementing medical and surgical training programs in Myanmar (Burma) and is preparing to launch programs in Tanzania and Haiti. Mission: Restore projects that within ten years, it will have trained over 100 surgeons and changed the lives of more than 100,000 patients across the globe.
