Minority Business Opportunity Day (MBOD) is a two-day conference that exposes MBEs (minority business enterprises) to progressive seminars and features the largest diverse trade fair in Southern California. MBOD optimizes business potential while providing valuable opportunities for MBEs to network with SCMSDC member corporations and other MBEs. Member corporations value MBOD as a forum for meeting new suppliers and vendors.

MBOD 2014 will take place on March 5th and 6th, 2014 at the Sheraton Universal Hotel.

Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council (SCMSDC) is the largest nonprofit minority business advocacy organization in the region, representing the interests of more than 600,000 Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), serving nearly 1,700 SCMSDC-Certified MBEs and 300 corporate members throughout a 13-county service area.

SCMSDC is one of 24 regional councils in the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) network.
