New Delhi Restaurant Introduces The Mindfully Eating Workshops
January marks the start of the wellness and intent season
San Francisco, California – On Friday, January 17th, The New Delhi Restaurant will hold its first “Mindfully Eating” workshop. After two years of planning, this workshop series will launch with guide Vinita Jacinto conducting the workshops for groups of ten. The focus of each workshop is for the participants to learn to savor each moment of their eating experiences and Be Transformed!
This partnership between Ranjan Dey, Chef and Owner of New Delhi Restaurant and Vinita Jacinto, Culinary Experience Creator, will bring together ten food connoisseurs, a handcrafted fine-dining experience savored over a three-hour workshop, relaxation exercises and instruction.
“Eating is something we do every day,” say’s Ranjan Dey, “but with the frantic pace of modern life, we have forgotten how to experience the finer details of each dish or morsel. Enjoying a meal should be almost like taking a mini-vacation. It should rest you, relax you, and spiritually enrich you.”
Commencing on January 17th, 2014, each three-hour workshop will be limited to ten participants, with a fee of $195, which includes the dining experience at New Delhi Restaurant.
