Mindfulness Meditation is one of the oldest and world’s fastest growing researched practices for de-cluttering and calming the mind. By training yourself to be mindful, you will come to see that you have a choice over what your mind pays attention to, so rather than living in the past or somewhere in the future you are more aware and able to observe your thoughts, and live in the moment, fully present.
Meditation is globally recognized as an essential tool for stress reduction and general well-being. It is also used in business with leaders such as Google, Apple, Deutsche Bank and Proctor & Gamble using and encouraging employees for better performance and areas of focus.
This 4-week, secular, and easy to learn course is aimed at teaching you the basics of mindfulness to help you get started with your mindful living and mindful working.
