Monthly Women's Circle
Mindful Eating & Living for Women Who Crave Consciousness
with Darshana Weill, Founder of the Food Freedom Programs.
You are invited to sit in a circle.
A circle of women.
A circle of women who crave........ consciousness.
Do you find yourself reaching for food when something else might be bothering you? Things like: work issues, parenting, relationships (with partners, friends, children, co-workers...even yourself).
Perhaps you are lacking confidence in something you want to "succeed" in or self- doubt blurs your vision and you find yourself consoling with Ben & Jerry.
Are feelings like depression, anxiety, overwhelm, grief, stress, etc.. standing in the way from satisfying your spirit and instead you reach to satisfy your taste buds?
I understand.
- Food cravings.
- Eating when you don't want to.
- Even thinking too much about food can get in the way of living the authentic life you want to live.
And that is why I, Darshana Weill, recovered "failed bulimic", somatic counselor, mindfulness teacher, and founder of the Food Freedom Programs created an evening for you to join in a circle of women.
During the evening you will get the support, tools and resources you need, desire and actually crave to stop using food to escape and instead live a more conscious life.
I know that using food as a way to escape can feel scary and vulnerable to admit. It can be easier at times to avoid looking in the mirror and the issues that stand in your way. But let me ask you some questions--
- Aren't you tired of trying fix things through another diet or work out routine?
- Don't you want to get to the bottom, the truth of your actions?
- Do you want freedom from food?
- And wouldn't you like a safe space and community of people to support you?
Look, I know you want to stop turning away and ultimately stop turning to food.
- You want to wake up and see clearly what is real and how to move beyond your limiting beliefs.
- You want to embrace the challenges of being a human being (that means a person with feelings, sensations, desires and needs) so that these aspects of being human are not longer seen as obstacles and no longer interfere with your human potential & right to live into your full expression.
- You want to approach this inquiry with compassion, ease and an open heart and mind instead of a critical, comparing mind.
- Steps to identify, work and move through cravings.
- Dive deeper into the Food Freedom Nourishment Circle which includes 5 essential components all women need to find food freedom.
- Develop your ability to practice of mindfulness so thata you learn to quiet the inner critic, develop self acceptance, identify feelings and much more.
