Just for you - dedicated to mindfulness and the appreciation of each and every moment.
Mind Your Moments 1-day Workshop will allow you to unwind, quiet the mind, breathe in nature, still your heart and rejuvenate.
Held in a breathtaking setting in the mountains of Woodside, this day-long retreat will toggle between moments of mindful meditation, walking, movement, eating and engaging in activities designed to deepen the understanding of mindfulness and life.
This day of mindfulness will be facilitated by Cassie Schindler, MBSR Instuctor and Sr. Editor of WellnessMatters Magazine. We are pleased to have Pattie Stafford, owner of Butterfly Yoga in Foster City www.butterfly-yoga.com join us and lead the mindful movement/gentle yoga sessions.
Stillheart Institute www.stillheart.org is the perfect setting for self-exploration. Nestled in the redwoods high above the busy Bay Area, Stillheart offers an atmosphere that is conducive to breathing and BEING. An outdoor labyrinth provides a mindful walking experience and the classroom looks out into nature.

Women and men of all ages are welcome. No prior meditation experience necessary.
A light breakfast snack and coffee/tea will be served at 8:30am in the dining room.
