This book club will be a weekly phone call moderated by Assistant Team Leader, Jeremy Williams of Keller Williams The Woodlands and Magnolia along with a Top Producing agent. The first few minutes of the call will be a conversation between Jeremy and the top producing agent covering the reading of the week. The call will then open to all participants in a mastermind format led by Jeremy.

This call is 30 minutes each week. To be prepared for the call you will need to have read the assigned reading that week. About Renee Tarrance

Living in Spring since 1978, Renee was brought to Texas as a small child. “I grew up watching this area literally GROW up too!”. Attending Benfer Elementary, Kleb Intermediate and a 1987 Klein High School graduate, Renee rounded out her academic career at Sam Houston State University.
Calling The Woodlands home since 2003, Renee describes The Woodlands as a wonderful place to work and raise a family. “Showing my client’s the benefits of living in The Woodlands area is easy….it feels like I am just showing my friends around my own backyard!”. The Woodlands is also one of the top travel destinations for the Houston area, and is the home base choice of numerous major corporations. “The Woodlands and Spring corridor are a huge relocation hub, and I have helped hundreds of families relocate from all around the world. Finding a “home” is more than finding a “house”. I feel that a home is the community. It is where people fellowship, attend school, work and play…It is where families grow. I am honored to be a part of such an important decision.”. Renee possesses a strong knowledge of the intricacies involved in relocation transfers, both buying and selling. Renee has an equal passion for selling real estate. “I take on each listing with excitement. I spend time researching each property individually. I specialize my presentation of each property in a way that will set them apart from other’s that are currently on the market. I believe it is important not to take a “canned approach” to selling real estate., as each home has its’ own story to tell.”
Renee married her high-school sweetheart, and they are now a family of 5 after welcoming their newest addition in late 2011. Balancing home life and a successful Real Estate career is only possible with the loving support of family (all of which live in The Woodlands and Spring), and her husband who has happily assumed the role of “stay-at-home Dad.
When not selling Real Estate, Renee enjoys time with her family, attending church, running and yoga. She competes in local races, and is set to run in this year’s “Ten for Texas” in The Woodlands. “Running has become a family event…I push the baby, and the other two help me keep up the pace by riding their bikes…it is fun for the whole family!”. The Tarrance family attends Covenant United Methodist Church in The Woodlands.
