How does the Jam work?
The event will kick off world-wide at 5:00 PM local time on February 27th, when we will prep you for the Jam and reveal the secret design theme. Participants have until 3:00 PM local time on March 1st to publish their project prototypes on the Global Service Jam website and share them with the world.
Please bring your laptop, tablet, cables, etc. You will need these to take photos or videos of your projects and upload them to the GSJ websithe throughout the weekend.

Who can go to the Jam?
The Jam is open to anyone who wants to meet interesting people, learn more about design thinking and build something awesome.
Where can we eat during the Jam?
We got you covered! We will provide a light breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
Our awesome space sponsor, The Wynwood Warehouse Project, has a cafe with coffee and food. You can purchase snacks, drinks, and additional meals from them. It's a great way to say "thank you" for inviting us to Jam at their space. Check out their menu at the link below:
What are my parking options at the event?
The Wynwood Warehouse Project has a private parking lot with limited parking. Otherwise there is paid street parking around the venue via the Pay by Phone app.
How should I dress?
Wear something comfortable. Note that you may be using markers and glue while prototyping your project and may get a little of that on you. Dress accordingly.
Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket if you cannot make it to the Jam.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. Unfortunately we are not able to issue refunds.
