Baiser Beauty and Monica's Fitness will be giving a very brief talk (15min) about the importance of taking care of our beauty, health and planet. Their commitment to wellness and balance; finest therapeutic grades, essential oils, vitamins, antioxidants, botanicals, organic fruits, herbs, etc.

In addition, Jucy Lu, Shambhala Love and Skinvolve, will present what are they bringing today to this beautiful event and the core of their companies. 3 amazing entrepreneur women ready to provide you with the best wellness and beauty tips!

What you need to bring

Bring a small or medium TOWEL...you will be sweating my friend! Cold water, you will need some during your workout and a lot of energy and good will!!!!!! This class and Brazilian Trainer will make you sweat and suffer a little bit!

We work hard to bring the best fitness trainers from town to this cool event! We vary and offer a wide variety of different fitness disciplines (yoga, pilates, zumba, bootcamp, etc)

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

• You can come by car and park in the parking behind the store (located in Michigan Ave, bt Lincoln Road and 17th st)! There is no problem finding a spot close to the store after 6pm! It's a Pay by Phone Parking :)
• For those ones who fill that want to workout a lilttle bit more and live around the area, the best option is biking! You would be able to place the bike inside!
• Uber, it's always ready to pick you up whenever you need it!
