Messy Run 5K
Sunday, April 7, 2013 at 9:00 AM
Durham, United States
Come get MESSY with Karl and the Camp Kesem North Carolina family!
Camp Kesem is a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides a free week of summer camp to kids with a parent who has been affected by cancer. We work with kids of all ages and offer a lifelong community of support from peers who understand their unique concerns.
At Camp Kesem, "Messy Games" are the ultimate food fight. It's the one time where we encourage you to squirt chocolate sauce at your friends or apple sauce in your hair. For us, camp is the chance to just be a kid, but why should only campers get to have fun? Why not let everyone GET MESSY for a change? We invite you, your family, your neighbors and your friends to join us in the messiest race ever as we go a little crazy and make tons of Kesem magic!
All proceeds benefit Camp Kesem North Carolina, helping local families affected by cancer.
