H. Raymond Bingham - Chairman, TriNet
Mr. Bingham's distinguished career of more than 30 years has spanned businesses in high tech, chemical engineering, and real estate development, with accomplishments in mergers and acquisitions, global trade, and venture capital. He joined General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, as a managing director in 2006, leading the firm's Palo Alto office. He transitioned recently to advisory director in 2010. He also served in executive management roles at Cadence Design Systems, the world's leading electronics design automation (EDA) software company, from 1993 to 2005. He was named executive chairman in 2004, after serving as president and chief executive officer since 1999. He joined Cadence in 1993 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Under Mr. Bingham's leadership, Cadence developed from a $360 million company to a $1.3 billion global industry leader. During his tenure as chairman and CEO, the company's industry leadership grew through a series of strategic acquisitions, organic R&D, and venture investments. Mr. Bingham also directed Cadence's global expansion into India, China, and Russia—a decade ahead of today's focus in those emerging markets.
Geoff Mordock - Senior Vice President & Partner, Fleishman-Hillard
Geoff Mordock is a senior vice president and partner with Fleishman-Hillard and a founding member of the firm’s Orange County operations. In this capacity, Mr. Mordock is responsible for overseeing client relationships and business activities in the area. An active participant in the firm’s Financial Communications, Technology and Reputation Management practice groups, he currently manages the “Innovation Team” for AT&T corporate communications, overseeing communications programs for all of AT&T’s innovation initiatives including support for the CTO organization, AT&T Labs and AT&T Intellectual Property. He also provides senior-level counsel for the LTO Program, a partnership between Hewlett-Packard, IBM and Quantum, AeroVironment, an electric vehicle charging provider, and OCTANe, a technology incubator charged with expanding the Orange County technology ecosystem. Mr. Mordock received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
Eric Sikola - General Manager & Founder, ExpenseCloud
Eric Sikola is General Manager and Founder of ExpenseCloud, a TriNet Company. He co-founded ExpenseCloud in 2008, building the company to 4000 customers and successfully selling the company in May 2012 to TriNet. Prior to ExpenseCloud, Mr. Sikola worked in the software industry for 15 years in various sales management positions at Forte Software, webMethods, Systinet (acquired by Mercury Interactive) and Aperture (acquired by Emerson Electronic). Mr. Sikola has a BS in Marketing from the University of Colorado and resides in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.
